Ihueghian Guobadia is Born in Benin City. He is from ODIGHI Village Ovia North East. Her Mum Dad from Edo central.
Guibadia is a managing partner in the corporate and commercial practice law firm of vibadia and partners and he is currently the head of that firm. He is admitted to practice law in Nigeria and has over a decade of experience in advising and handling client’s issues on various aspects of European, United Kingdom and Nigerian Corporate and Commercial Business Law.
He holds a bachelor of laws from Anglia Ruskin university United Kingdom, bar qualifying certificate of the Nigeria law school Abuja, diploma in theology from glim college Benin city. He holds a certificate in German language and a certificate in human resource management.
He holds a master of laws in International and European Business law from the Cambridge campus of the Anglia Ruskin university United Kingdom. He is a candidate of doctor of philosophy in law.
Other school attended are city law school, London and BPP law school United Kingdom he has practice law within European union courts as Associate in several reputable law firm within the European union. He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple United Kingdom. He had worked in governmental and many non-governmental organizations in management, legal, project and consultant capacity within the European union.
He was a sponsor National delegate by united Nation to the World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance 31 August-7 September 2001, in Durben south Africa.
He was invited by the united Nation as delegate to the United Nation Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg, South Africa 2002. He has been involved and recognized and managed several projects of the European union and its agency in legal research capacity sponsored by EUMC (European Union Monitoring Centre on racism and xenophobia.
He has organized many conferences among which was the African and African Descendants worldwide Conference [(AADC)] held in Europe in April, 2001 for the preparation for the United Nation World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance held in Durban, South Africa WCAR). This historic conference, attended by representatives covering most of the black World, The Conference produced a groundbreaking declaration which eloquently articulated and delineated many key positions which would be continually read and advocated by African and African Descendants throughout the WCAR.
He is often called upon to speak at local and international conferences and seminars. Ihueghian Guobadia is a CEO of several companies in Nigeria.
