My Economic Recovery plan.

If nominated and elected Governor of  Edo state I will within the first  four weeks  introduce a bill  

Economic Recovery Plan Bill 2024 - 2032 

to the House of Assembly to be passed into law .    

The bill is to be known as Barr. Guobadia's  plan for economic reconstruction for Edo state. 

The  bill will provide for all that is needed to  rebuild transportation hubs, roads, health ,  agriculture, factories, manufacturing hubs, Judicial reforms, building and upgrading of local government and  cities etc  that has suffered major losses and under-development since the  creation of the state.    

The remedy will lie in breaking the  vicious circle of poverty and restoring the confidence of the Edo people in the economic future of their own state as a whole.

The plans will center on :     

1. to provide economic restoration and recovering for the state.
2. infrastructure development of the state.
3. Revolutionizing the Health sector
4. Cultural tourism and recreational facilities.
5. Development of advance Education for the people of Edo state.
6. Judicial reform and autonomy.
7. to support the development in stable democratic governments of Edo state   
8. to move Edo state towards one of the 20th most liveable states in the world.
9. to approve , empower the government to negotiate with banks and other financial institutions to seek and use all the necessary financial assistance to rebuild the economic stability of the people of Edo state and the repayment plan.
